1、 Gas shielded welding

Under gas protection, the chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel during welding are not oxidized, retaining the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

2、 Bright solid solution

After the stainless steel pipe fittings are formed and welded, they must undergo a solid solution treatment at 1050 ℃, which can eliminate the internal stress caused by deformation of the pipe fittings, reduce stress corrosion, restore the intergranular changes during the welding process of the pipe fittings, dissolve the carbides in the welding heat sensitive zone in austenite, and prevent adverse effects on the performance of austenitic stainless steel.

3、 Pickling passivation

Acid pickling and passivation can produce a thin, dense, and hard passivation film on the inner and outer walls of water pipes and fittings. The existence of the passivation film is the fundamental reason for preventing corrosion of stainless steel.

4、 Sealing material

The sealing material is the lifeline of stainless steel pipelines, and the service life of the sealing material determines the service life of the stainless steel pipeline system.

The sealing ring we provide is made of imported rubber, and the physical properties of the material are much higher than those of domestic rubber.
