Performance characteristics of compression fittings
After more than 50 years, Germany has taken the lead in using clamp type pipe fittings, which have been rapidly promoted in developed regions such as Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Some regions abroad have used more than 80% of their total water supply pipes, becoming the mainstream product in the water supply pipe industry. The reasons for this are as follows:
Reliable and secure connection
The compression type pipe fittings have high connection strength and are resistant to vibration. Make the connection part "dead" at once to avoid the possibility of "loose joints".
No maintenance, no updates, superior economic performance
During the service life of the building, there is almost no need to update and maintain the pipe fittings, which greatly saves repair and update costs, and customer property and service losses tend to be zero.
Suitable for embedded installation
The clamp type pipe fittings meet the requirements of embedded installation, greatly reducing the possibility of water pipe leakage in concealed environments, and meeting the requirements of the national CECS 153:2003 "Technical Specification for Thin-walled Stainless Steel Pipeline Engineering for Building Water Supply".
Convenient and fast construction
Avoid on-site welding and threading operations. The on-site welding or threading operation of pipe fittings is laborious, has a high leakage rate, pollutes the environment, and is prone to posing risks. The on-site installation of clamp type pipe fittings is extremely convenient, and the installation time is only one-third of that of welded or threaded pipe fittings, which shortens the construction period and cost, and avoids the occurrence of water leakage.
